Depending on your use of our website and services, we process the following categories of data.

7. Transfer outside the European Economic Area
We prefer to process data within the EEA. If transfers to countries outside the EEA occur, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place. These may include an adequacy decision by the European Commission, the recipient's participation in the US Data Privacy Framework, or standard contractual clauses with additional measures.
8. Retention periods
We do not store personal data for longer than is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.

Order and customer data, for up to seven years after the end of the financial year in which the order was placed, due to tax retention obligations.

Account data, as long as your account remains active. After deletion, we anonymize it where possible and delete the rest within six months.

We retain service and communication, customer service messages and reviews for up to two years after completion.

We retain marketing, your consent, and unsubscribe data for as long as you are registered and for up to two years after unsubscribing to demonstrate that we have complied with the rules.

Cookies and analytics, according to the duration stated per cookie on our cookie page, with a maximum of two years for analytics that has not been anonymized.

We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data. This includes encrypted connections with TLS, access control, logging, and periodic audits. Only employees who need the data are granted access.

You also have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
11. Minors
We focus on adults. We ask parents or guardians to supervise us. If we learn we have collected information from children under the age of sixteen without consent, we will delete that information.
