Returns Policy

Because all our products are custom-made, returns are not possible. Each item is custom-made for you, so we cannot accept standard returns.

We do, of course, make an exception if there's a manufacturing defect, such as a hole or other obvious defect. In that case, please contact us within 14 days of receipt so we can work together to find a suitable solution.

If you have any complaints or questions about your order, we are always ready to assist you and find a fair and quick solution.
