Returns
Because we produce all products to order, returns are not possible. Each item is custom-made for you. Therefore, we do not accept standard returns.
We do make an exception for manufacturing defects such as holes or other obvious defects. In that case, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We'll work with you to find a suitable solution.
