Because we produce all products to order, returns are not possible. Each item is custom-made for you. Therefore, we cannot accept standard returns.
We do, of course, make an exception if there's a manufacturing defect, such as a hole or other obvious defect. In that case, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We'll work with you to find a suitable solution.
