Returns
Because we produce all products to order, returns are not possible. Each item is custom-made for you. Therefore, we do not accept standard returns.
We do make an exception in the case of a manufacturing defect such as a hole or other obvious defect. In that case, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We'll work with you to find a suitable solution.
