Note: If you want logos without a background, upload transparent PNG files. If transparency isn't necessary, JPEG, PNG, or SVG files will also work.

Because all products are made to order, returns are not possible. Each item is custom-made for you. If you encounter a manufacturing defect, such as a hole or other obvious defect, please contact us within 14 days of receipt so we can work together to find a suitable solution.
