Note: If you want the logos without a background, upload your files in transparent PNG format. If transparency isn't necessary, JPEG, PNG, or SVG formats are also suitable.

Returns

Because all products are made to order, returns are not possible. Each item is custom-made for you. Therefore, standard returns cannot be accepted.

We will, of course, make an exception if there's a manufacturing defect, such as a hole or other obvious defect. In that case, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We'll work with you to find a suitable solution.
